Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to deeply relax and release tension held in the subconscious and unconscious. This practice restores balance to mind, body and spirit. Through pranayama (breath work), gentle asana and guided visualization we can ease forward into fall.
SPRING AWAKENING - In this special practice you will taken through a gentle yoga flow, restorative yoga and yoga nidra meditation with Melissa Jhunja.
The class will be accompanied by music and sound healing, sound bath using singing bowls, gong and other instruments that will bring you even deeper into a relaxed, meditative state.

Sound is vibration and all on this planet is vibrating. When you hear the sounds your cells begin to do an internal dance. They get shaken up and release all that is harmful.
