All recipes are made with some serious yogic love, (mostly) clean ingredients (some recipes are a couple years old) and a visualization of me doing a down dog in front of the oven or holding plank pose while roasting some squash.
p.s. I advocate a plant-based, whole foods, and clean eating lifestyle. You’ll see that this blog has changed a bit over the years and so have the recipes-I decided to leave all recipes up and not change a thing (i.e. the nutella quesadilla). Enjoy!
